Note: We are open from Tuesday through Saturday each week. Any order that is placed between 2pm on a Friday through Monday will be shipped on the following Tuesday. Most orders placed on weekdays other than Monday will either ship the same day or the folliowing business day. If you have any questions call us any time at 410-878-7084.
We ship everything UPS ground to the lower 48 states. Shipping price includes full insurance for the value of the item(s). We will email you with tracking numbers so you will know when your purchase will arrive. All items are packed beyond the carriers guidelines to ensure that your purchase will arrive safe and sound. Please note that all guitars and amps are shipped "signature required" to ensure that they won't be left unattended outside of your home. Pedals do not require a signature for delivery unless you request that when you place your order.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
We can ship to these locations for an aditional fee. Please email us before making your purchase if you are in these states.
We can ship to most countries throughout North and South America, Aisa, Australia, and Europe. Just send us a message and we can get you a shipping quote to your country. We mainly use USPS for international shipping because it is less expensive but we can also ship with UPS International. With international shipments, the buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes or VAT so be sure you know what you are getting yourself into before placing your order. We will insure your shipment for either the purchase price or the maximum amount allowed through the carrier. Understand that the maximum insurance allowed for your country may not be enough to cover your entire purchase. Maximum insurance amounts are at the descretion of the carrier only. Lost shipments or damage are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Upon making your international purchase we will promptly pack and ship your item through the agreed upon carrier and we will send you tracking information once it is on the way. Again, lost shipments or shipping damage is the sole responsibility of the buyer for international purchases. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on international orders.
Pre Orders and Special Orders
Any new item that is pre-ordered or special ordered is considered all sales final. There will be no returns or approvals on any item that is pre-ordered or special ordered. Cancelations or refunds are not allowed on any item that is pre-ordered or special ordered. These items are ALL SALES FINAL.
Any item that is pre-ordered or special ordered will be shipped out within 24 hours of when we recieve it. At that time you will be emailed a tracking number for your order.
How do I return an item?
In the event that you are unsatisfied, you may return the guitar for a full refund, less the cost of outbound and return shipping, with the following exceptions:
Requirements to Return a Guitar or Bass
1. The return must be initiated within 24 hours of receipt. Email us at email@example.com to let us know you are returning the guitar. A return authorization number [ RA# ] is required.
2. Guitar must be shipped back by the customer via UPS FULLY INSURED, signature required service, for the purchase value within 48 hours of receiving the item.
3. The instrument must be returned in the EXACT same condition as it arrived, with all shipping material, packed exactly as sent.
You are responsible for any damages incurred on the return freight. We will not take any instrument back, nor issue any refund, if the guitar is not in the same condition as when we originally shipped it out. All instruments are subject to a five percent restocking fee. No returns on sale items, consignments, trades, or layaways. All sales outside of the USA are final.
All amps are guaranteed to be in full working order unless otherwise specified in the product description. No returns or approval on amps.
Returns for Vintage Guitars
Vintage instruments over 25 years old have a 24 hour inspection period for authenticity only and are guaranteed to be as we described. We will not accept returns because of buyers remorse, personal preferences, or for any other reason.
All pedals are tested before they are shipped. They are guaranteed to be in working condition when they arrive at your door step. No returns or approval on effects.
Please note that this return period only applies to items purchased through ryansguitarexperience.com. Because of the added fees, purchases made through eBay.com, Reverb.com or any other third party website are all sales final.
We are very pleased to be able to offer factory refurbished guitars from a number of manufacturers. We purchase these instruments from the largest instrument refurbisher in the United States and the quality is as good as any new instrument in our opinion. The refurbisher buys guitars direct from the manufacturer because they are either discontinued, overstock or in some cases did not pass quality control. . They have never been sold to a consumer. The refurbishing facility uses a 6-step process to restore these items. They use factory certified and skilled USA luthiers. During the restoration process the word "USED" or "2nd" is lightly stamped on the back on the headstock and a new serial number is issued. Any imperfections are repaired and instrument is returned to manufacturer specifications. Because these instruments are refurbished there is no warranty from the manufacturer, refurbisher or seller.
We personally tune up and test each item. Any flaws or issues are listed in the description but in most cases these guitars are perfect. The pics of each guitar on our site is of the actual guitar you will be recieving. All refurbished guitars come with our standard return policy which is listed above.
