1983 Ovation Collector's Series 1983-B Gray Burst w/ OHSC

1983 Ovation Collector’s Series 1983-B in Gray Burst with Original Hardshell Case—a distinctive vintage acoustic-electric from Ovation’s annual Collector’s Series, pairing unmistakable early-’80s styling with the company’s innovative roundback design. The Gray Burst finish gives this model a dramatic period-correct look, while the cutaway body provides comfortable access into the upper register. Ovation’s composite roundback construction delivers the focused, projecting response the brand is known for, and the onboard electronics make this guitar a natural fit for amplified stage use. Its clear attack and controlled acoustic voice work well for strumming, fingerstyle, pop, rock, country, and singer-songwriter material, particularly in arrangements where definition is important. As a 1983 Collector’s Series model, the 1983-B carries additional appeal for Ovation enthusiasts and collectors looking for one of the company’s more distinctive limited-production instruments. Includes the original hardshell case for secure storage and transport.  This guitar is in excellent condition with virtually no playwear.
