Shipping, Returns and FAQ

Note: We are open from Tuesday through Saturday each week. Any order that is placed between 2pm on a Friday through Monday will be shipped on the following Tuesday. Most orders placed on weekdays other than Monday will either ship the same day or the following business day. If you have any questions call us any time at 410-878-7084.

Domestic Shipping

We ship everything UPS ground to the lower 48 states. Shipping price includes full insurance for the value of the item(s). We will email you with tracking numbers so you will know when your purchase will arrive. All items are packed beyond the carriers guidelines to ensure that your purchase will arrive safe and sound. Please note that all guitars and amps are shipped "signature required" to ensure that they won't be left unattended outside of your home. Pedals do not require a signature for delivery unless you request that when you place your order. 

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico

We can ship to these locations for an additional fee. Please email us before making your purchase if you are in these states. 

International Shipping

We can ship to most countries throughout North and South America, Asia, Australia, and Europe. Just send us a message and we can get you a shipping quote to your country. We mainly use USPS for international shipping because it is less expensive but we can also ship with UPS International. With international shipments, the buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes or VAT so be sure you know what you are getting yourself into before placing your order. We will insure your shipment for either the purchase price or the maximum amount allowed through the carrier. Understand that the maximum insurance allowed for your country may not be enough to cover your entire purchase. Maximum insurance amounts are at the discretion of the carrier only. Lost shipments or damage are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Upon making your international purchase we will promptly pack and ship your item through the agreed upon carrier and we will send you tracking information once it is on the way. Again, lost shipments or shipping damage is the sole responsibility of the buyer for international purchases. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on international orders.

Pre Orders and Special Orders

 Any new item that is pre-ordered or special ordered is considered all sales final. There will be no returns or approvals on any item that is pre-ordered or special ordered. Cancelations or refunds are not allowed on any item that is pre-ordered or special ordered. These items are ALL SALES FINAL. 

Any item that is pre-ordered or special ordered will be shipped out within 24 hours of when we receive it. At that time you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. 

How do I return a brand new item?

We appreciate your business and want you to be 100% satisfied. Due to the high-end nature of your purchase and to retain the quality of the instrument, we allow a 7 day period for you to inspect, play, and confirm that the instrument is all you expected it to be.

In the event that you are unsatisfied, you may return any brand new item for a full refund, less the cost of outbound and return shipping by following the following steps. 

1. The return must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receipt. Email us at ryangtr@gmail.com to let us know you are returning the item. A return authorization number [ RA# ] is required. 

2. Item must be shipped back by the customer via UPS FULLY INSURED, for the purchase value within 48 hours of receiving the item. signature required service.

3. The instrument must be returned in the EXACT same condition as it arrived, with all shipping material, packed exactly as sent. All paperwork, hang tags, certificates and case candy must be included. 

4. In the event that the product is not in the same brand new condition that it was in when it left our store, a 10% restocking fee will be charged. 

You are responsible for any damages incurred on the return freight. We will not take any instrument back, nor issue any refund, if the guitar is not in the same condition as when we originally shipped it out. All instruments are subject to a  10% restocking fee. No returns on sale items, consignments, trades, or layaways. All sales outside of the USA are final. 

5. Headphones, microphones, harmonicas or any other product that is considered a wearable is not returnable under any circumstances. If you feel that you received a defective product, we are happy to help coordinate support with the manufacturer. 

How do I return a Used or Vintage item?

We appreciate your business and want you to be 100% satisfied. Due to the high-end nature of your purchase and to retain the quality of the instrument, we allow a 48 hour period for you to inspect, play, and confirm that the instrument is all you expected it to be.

In the event that you are unsatisfied, you may return the guitar for a full refund, less the cost of outbound and return shipping. A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all used gear returns.

Requirements to Return a Used Guitar or Bass

1. The return must be initiated within 48 hours of receipt. Email us at ryangtr@gmail.com to let us know you are returning the guitar. A return authorization number [ RA# ] is required. 

2. Guitar must be shipped back by the customer via UPS FULLY INSURED, signature required service, for the purchase value within 48 hours of receiving the item. 

3. The instrument must be returned in the EXACT same condition as it arrived, with all shipping material, packed exactly as sent.

Used Amp Returns
All amps are guaranteed to be in full working order unless otherwise specified in the product description. No returns or approval on used amps. If a used amplifier arrives in any condition other than it was described, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt to obtain a return authorization. 

Returns for Vintage Guitars
Vintage instruments over 25 years old have a 24 hour inspection period for authenticity only and are guaranteed to be as we described. We will not accept returns because of buyers remorse, personal preferences, or for any other reason.

Used Pedal Returns
All pedals are tested before they are shipped. They are guaranteed to be in working condition when they arrive at your door step. No returns or approval on effects.
