When you buy a guitar from RFGE, you can rest assured that we will deliver your new guitar in the absolute best possible playing condition. In addition to our retail and lesson business, we also house Baltimore's busiest instrument repair shop right in the back of our store. Headed by renowned luthier Steve Blake, our shop is known for offering the highest quality instrument repair in the greater Baltimore area.

Ready to Rock, Right Out of The Box

Every guitar we ship whether it is brand new, used or vintage takes a trip through our renowned repair shop. Once on the bench it will go through a rigorous process to ensure that it is in the absolute best playing condition possible so that when it arrives, it will be ready to play. Our proprietary 50 point inspection covers every aspect of the instrument from top to bottom and if it doesn't meet our standards, then it won't be put up for sale.

For electronic products such as amplifiers and effects, we also perform a front to back inspection to make sure that the item is in good working order. We check thinks like jacks, knobs, switches, faders and tubes and we even disassemble used amplifiers to clean the components. You should never have to visit a repair shop when you order gear from us.
