1966 Fender Jazz Bass Candy Apple Red w/ HSC
Here we have an absolutely killer 1966 Fender Jazz bass in Candy Apple Red with a matching headstock. This bass is all original with matching numbers! The neck date is December of 1966 and the pot codes that are still legible date to 1966 as well. This bass still plays great and it weighs 8.4lbs so it was built for comfort as well as speed as the saying goes. It certainly shows its age in all of the right ways and the color is a bit faded in spots but nothing you wouldn't expect on a bass of this age. It includes a noon original molded Fender hardshell case from the 80s or 90s which is in good shape. If you are looking for a monster J bass in a custom color this is the one!
