2000 Gibson J-160E John Lennon Limited Edition 223 of 500 w/ OHSC

2000 Gibson J-160E John Lennon Limited Edition is a collectible limited-production acoustic-electric celebrating one of the guitar models most closely associated with John Lennon and the Beatles. The classic slope-shouldered body, vintage-inspired appointments, and neck-position magnetic pickup give the J-160E a distinctive identity that bridges traditional acoustic design with an unmistakably electric-flavored amplified voice. Its full-bodied acoustic response works beautifully for strumming and songwriting, while plugged-in tones deliver the woody, jangly character that suits Beatles-inspired rhythm work, rock, pop, and roots music. The straightforward controls and magnetic pickup make this guitar especially appealing for players looking for something sonically different from a conventional piezo-equipped acoustic-electric. Built in 2000 and individually numbered #223 of only 500, this John Lennon Limited Edition has strong crossover appeal for Gibson collectors, Beatles enthusiasts, and working players alike. Includes the original hardshell case for secure storage and transport.
