Waterloo WL-12MH Parlor with original hardshell case—an old-soul acoustic with a dry, woody voice and vintage-inspired vibe. This small-body parlor features a mahogany top, back, and sides, paired with a simple, ladder-braced design that emphasizes fundamental tone and quick response. The compact body and short scale feel comfortable and intimate, making it a great couch guitar or fingerstyle companion with a punchy midrange and clear, direct projection. It excels in blues, folk, and roots styles, delivering that lightly compressed, “played-in” character right out of the case. The straightforward aesthetic—minimal appointments, understated finish, and classic headstock—keeps the focus on tone and feel. Includes the original hardshell case for safe transport and storage.  This guitar is in very good condition with some light to moderate visible playwear consisting of some small dings and scratches on certain areas of the body (see photos).  Lastly, despite its parlor size, this guitar projects like a cannon!
