Vintage Kramer 650B Artist Series Aluminum Neck Bass Natural w/ OHSC

Kramer 650B Artist Series—a distinctive vintage four-string electric bass that showcases the innovative design and craftsmanship of Kramer's early aluminum-neck era. Part of the company's Artist Series, the 650B combines bold styling with unconventional construction, offering an intriguing alternative to traditional bass guitars. Its signature aluminum neck with wood inserts delivers a unique playing feel, with a crisp attack, articulate note definition, and strong sustain. The solidbody design provides a punchy tonal foundation that's well suited for driving rock bass lines, funky grooves, and expressive melodic playing. With its vintage Kramer aesthetic and unusual construction, the 650B stands out as an appealing instrument for players who appreciate gear with a personality all its own. The Artist Series designation adds to its appeal among enthusiasts of early Kramer instruments and collectors interested in the brand's pioneering designs. Whether you're searching for a distinctive studio bass or an interesting addition to a vintage collection, this Kramer 650B offers a compelling combination of character, history, and playability.

This bass is in excellent overall condition considering its age. It shows several very small imperfections but it has been very well kept as part of a much larger collection for many years. It plays great and includes its original Kramer hardshell case.
